The Service is operated by HIREOTTO TECHNOLOGIES LLP (“HireOtto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, connecting a Google account or supported data source, authenticating through an MCP client, selecting accounts or properties, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. What HireOtto does
HireOtto provides remote Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) servers and related tools for advertising, analytics, search, and measurement workflows. The Service allows you to connect supported AI clients, automation tools, and other MCP-compatible clients to supported services through structured tools and actions.
Supported services may include Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. Depending on the service, available feature, and your plan, HireOtto may help you read, analyze, report on, export, create, update, or otherwise work with connected-platform data and settings. Not every connected service supports write actions.
HireOtto is a tool layer. It is not your advertising agency, analytics provider, legal advisor, tax advisor, financial advisor, compliance advisor, or account manager for any connected platform.
2. User-directed actions
The Service acts only when a request is initiated by you, your authorized user, your connected MCP client, your AI assistant, your automation workflow, or another tool or system you choose to connect.
HireOtto does not independently decide to make changes to a connected account. However, your prompts, AI-client instructions, automation settings, saved workflows, or connected systems may cause the Service to perform supported actions in a connected account.
You are responsible for all instructions, prompts, approvals, automations, workflows, and requests submitted through your account or on your behalf.
You understand that AI clients and automation tools may misunderstand instructions, omit context, produce inaccurate outputs, or trigger unintended actions. You are responsible for reviewing and controlling how you use those clients and tools with HireOtto.
3. Your responsibility for connected accounts and data
You are solely responsible for the Google Ads accounts, Tag Manager accounts and containers, Search Console properties, Analytics properties, and other connected accounts or data sources you use with the Service, including all activity, changes, spend, configuration, reporting, performance, and consequences arising from your use of the Service.
This includes, without limitation, responsibility for:
- campaign creation, updates, status changes, and removals;
- budget creation, budget updates, budget assignment, and spend changes;
- bidding strategy changes and bid adjustments;
- keyword and negative keyword additions, removals, and updates;
- ad copy, responsive search ads, assets, sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, images, logos, videos, and other creative assets;
- targeting, exclusions, audience signals, search themes, placements, demographics, geo settings, and device settings;
- conversion actions, conversion tracking, reporting, and measurement settings;
- Tag Manager tags, triggers, variables, containers, workspaces, versions, and publishing decisions where supported;
- Search Console sites, sitemaps, indexing information, and search-performance interpretation;
- Analytics properties, events, key events, metrics, dimensions, attribution, and reporting interpretation;
- account structure, naming, labeling, and organization;
- Google and other connected-platform policy compliance;
- client approvals, internal approvals, and stakeholder review;
- resulting ad spend, lost spend, missed spend, revenue impact, lead quality, conversion volume, CPA, ROAS, reporting errors, tracking errors, or other business outcomes.
You are responsible for reviewing material changes before and after they are made, especially changes involving budgets, bidding, campaign status, targeting, conversion tracking, negative keywords, tags, triggers, events, key events, measurement settings, and account access.
4. No performance guarantees
HireOtto does not guarantee any advertising, marketing, financial, or business result.
We do not guarantee that use of the Service will increase revenue, reduce CPA, improve ROAS, improve conversion volume, improve lead quality, prevent wasted spend, prevent account errors, prevent policy issues, improve Quality Score, increase impression share, or produce any specific campaign result.
Any reports, audits, recommendations, classifications, summaries, scores, prompts, exports, tracking observations, measurement results, or other outputs generated through the Service are informational and operational aids only. They are not guarantees and should not replace professional judgment.
5. Human review and account safety
You should use appropriate human review before relying on outputs or executing important account changes.
This is especially important for:
- budget increases or decreases;
- bidding strategy changes;
- campaign launches or pauses;
- conversion tracking changes;
- negative keyword additions;
- account-wide exclusions;
- PMax asset group or audience signal changes;
- Tag Manager, Analytics, Search Console, or other measurement and reporting decisions;
- client account changes made by agencies, freelancers, contractors, or employees;
- any workflow that could materially affect spend, performance, tracking, reporting, data quality, or compliance.
HireOtto may include safeguards, confirmations, defaults, validation checks, or warnings, but these safeguards are not a substitute for your own review.
6. Authority to connect accounts
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority required to connect, access, view, manage, and, where supported, modify each account, property, container, site, profile, or other data source you use with the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an employer, client, agency, brand, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms and to use the Service with the relevant advertising, analytics, search, and measurement accounts.
If you are an agency, freelancer, consultant, or contractor, you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary client permissions and approvals.
You are responsible for removing account access when a user, employee, contractor, client, or connected profile should no longer have access.
7. Third-party services and platforms
The Service depends on third-party services, including Google Ads, Google APIs, OAuth providers, MCP clients, AI model providers, automation platforms, hosting providers, analytics providers, payment providers, and other infrastructure or software providers.
We do not control these third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, security, policies, errors, outages, pricing, rate limits, permission systems, API changes, model behavior, or decisions.
Your use of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other connected services remains subject to the applicable provider’s terms, policies, API rules, account permissions, billing settings, and enforcement decisions.
Your use of AI clients, MCP clients, automation tools, and other connected systems remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
HireOtto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, Make, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.
8. AI outputs and operational outputs
The Service may return data, summaries, recommendations, classifications, prompts, reports, exports, or other outputs based on data from your connected services, your instructions, third-party systems, and AI-client behavior.
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, incorrectly formatted, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
You are solely responsible for evaluating outputs before using them, sharing them, relying on them, or applying them to any connected account, workflow, report, or business decision.
You should not treat outputs as professional advice or as a substitute for your own judgment, account knowledge, measurement context, client context, or compliance review.
9. Account credentials, OAuth, and security
The Service uses OAuth and related authentication flows to connect to supported Google services and clients. You must not share login credentials, authentication links, tokens, or account access with unauthorized users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, connected clients, connected Google profiles, selected accounts, devices, and workflows.
You are responsible for all activity occurring through your account, whether or not you authorized the specific activity, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or our gross negligence where such limitation is not prohibited by law.
You must notify us promptly at suyash@hireotto.com if you believe your account, token, connected profile, or connected-platform access has been compromised.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law, regulation, connected-platform policy, or third-party right;
- access or modify accounts, properties, sites, containers, or data without authorization;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, or permissions;
- run deceptive, unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or misleading ads;
- upload, submit, or use content that infringes intellectual property rights;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the Service;
- bypass plan limits, usage limits, billing restrictions, authentication controls, or security controls;
- use the Service to build a competing product by copying its workflows, tools, prompts, docs, or functionality;
- use the Service in a way that could damage HireOtto, its users, third-party platforms, or connected accounts.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates legal risk, creates security risk, causes platform abuse, or could harm us, other users, or third-party services.
11. Plans, trials, credits, and billing
Some parts of the Service may be free, trial-based, credit-based, subscription-based, usage-based, manually invoiced, or otherwise paid.
Plan features, credit limits, entitlements, prices, renewal terms, and billing cycles may be shown on our website, in checkout pages, in invoices, in payment links, or in written communications.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan or agreed arrangement.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want to continue.
Taxes, payment processing, currency conversion, payment failures, refunds, chargebacks, and subscription management may be handled by third-party payment providers.
We may change pricing, plans, credits, or entitlements from time to time. Changes will apply as described at the time of change, renewal, or upgrade.
12. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
For transactions processed by Paddle, refund requests may also be governed by Paddle’s buyer terms, consumer terms, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of completing a transaction as described in our Refund Policy.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically issue a refund unless a refund request is made and approved through the applicable refund process.
13. Beta, experimental, and evolving features
HireOtto is an evolving product. Some features may be beta, experimental, incomplete, newly released, or dependent on third-party APIs.
Beta or experimental features may contain bugs, produce unexpected results, change without notice, be removed, or work differently across accounts, plans, platforms, or clients.
You use beta and experimental features at your own risk.
14. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
The Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, bugs, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, API changes, rate limits, authentication problems, model behavior, payment issues, or other events.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We are not responsible for losses arising from downtime, delays, failed requests, incomplete requests, API errors, authentication failures, or unavailable third-party services.
15. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data and Google user data.
By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable privacy, data protection, employment, client, and contractual obligations.
If you use the Service on behalf of clients or other third parties, you are responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents.
16. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, tools, workflows, documentation, prompts, templates, branding, logos, website content, product structure, and related intellectual property.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or expressly agreed in writing.
You retain ownership of your data, prompts, inputs, account data, and materials you provide to the Service.
17. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, feature requests, ideas, bug reports, or other recommendations, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
We may use feedback to improve, modify, market, or develop the Service.
18. Confidentiality
You may receive access to non-public information about the Service, including product plans, pricing arrangements, technical details, beta features, roadmap items, or support communications.
You agree not to disclose non-public information unless required by law or authorized by us in writing.
This does not restrict your ability to discuss your own use of the Service, your own connected accounts and data, or information that is already public.
19. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, produce desired results, prevent mistakes, detect every issue, avoid wasted spend, comply with every platform policy, or operate without errors.
You use the Service at your own risk.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireOtto and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, clients, advertising spend, account access, opportunities, or expected savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
[a] the amount you paid to HireOtto for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
[b] USD $100.
The limitations in this section apply whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HireOtto and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- you breach these Terms;
- payment fails or your subscription expires;
- your use creates security, legal, operational, platform, or reputational risk;
- you misuse the Service or third-party platforms;
- we are required to do so by law, platform rules, or third-party service providers;
- continuing to provide the Service is no longer commercially or technically feasible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Certain sections of these Terms will survive termination, including sections about responsibility, payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, website notice, in-product notice, or requiring acceptance during a future authentication or account-selection step.
